It has been over ten years since I last officially "blogged"about anything. It was in the middle of an eventful year for my wife and I as we hosted and entertained foreign exchange students. My wife had been blogging for some time already and she suggested I give it a try. Most of my higher grades in school had been on essays and research papers and I remembered the feeling of accomplishment after looking back on each written assignment, so I thought why not ! I ended up writing several articles about the various experiences we had with the two young men who stayed with us and those articles still exist in cyper space somewhere , but I have not been able to access them.
We are getting ready to make a move and in the midst of the job search, I ran across some copy writing positions. My wife, best friend ,and encourager reminded me of the talent I had which I lost a little bit of during the different types of jobs I held over the last decade. God does bless us with talents and gifts and this is one He blessed me with which I had forgotten about.
I will never know from day to day what I will be writing about until the moment I sit down at the keyboard and begin the process. However, I am looking forward to a new beginning which will last much longer than the previous experiment did.
